Each pattern come with 3 diagram patterns,so you can decide which one you would prefer to use.And instructions to complete your project.
Scissorcase will fit 9.5cm (3.75 inches)to large 10.5cm(4.5 inches)
Beaded needlecase fits a flush wooden needle case 5.7cm(2.25 inches) available from Shipwreak Bead US
